EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR- ES HOLDINGSDuduzile holds a BBS (Hon) Degree (U.Zim, 1984) and MBA Degree (Wits Business School, 1998), as well as various business-related certificates. She is a businesswoman, entrepreneur, market research & strategy expert, and philanthropist with over 40 years of business experience as both a corporate leader and a businesswoman, encompassing R&D, enterprise development, strategy, marketing, market research, and business management, inter alia, in SA and select countries on the African continent.
She has also founded various youth and socio-economic development initiatives, businesses and projects in RSA.
Dudu has earned various accolades in marketing and branding in her corporate career and private business.
Munya 'Mdu' Majasi
CO-DIRECTORMunya has over 20 years business consulting, corporate marketing and entrepreneurial management experience, servicing various sectors, citedly mining, marketing, research, medical, retail, public sector and telecommunications in SA.
He has also founded a telecommunications project, due to launch in SA.
Gibbon G. Bogatsu
TRAINERGibbon holds a BTh Degree and various skills training certificates. He has extensive experience in soft skills training, motivational speaking, sales, and product development.
He has also authored several books and developed corporate team-building and family unity games.
Gibbon will support more skills facilitators who will specialise in STEM-related skills training.

Jim Matome Mabokela
COO & UNDERGROUND CHROME MINING EXPERT
Jim has 10 years working experience in underground mining under engineering and mining construction and 5 years experience in construction, handling electrical infrastructure and construction with NQF Level 4 qualifications.
Jim has a deep understanding of the chrome mining industry operations value chain in RSA, product and site quality management systems, together with site planning and management.
He brings to the Director team expertise in underground mining and chrome trade modelling.
Jim joins the Eaglestrat Trading team as a co-director and partner in the business.
Thobani Johnson Mngomezulu
CTO & OPENCAST MINING EXPERT
Thobani has over 19 years work experience with extensive knowledge and qualifications in operating mining machinery and maintenance.
His extensive experience in open cast mining operations, planning, maintenance and delivery management comes in handy for the Eaglestrat chrome trading plans, with his expertise in opencast mining, commodity handling from source to delivery sites.
Thobani joins the Eaglestrat Trading team as a co-director and partner in the business.
